There's a new queen of The Plastics at North Shore High, and Mean Girls writer and producer Tina Fey thinks she's just perfect. During a recent interview with Screen Rant, Fey praised Reneé Rapp, the actress and musician who portrays Regina George in the upcoming musical. Regina, the popular and mean queen bee, was originated by Rachel McAdams, who famously portrayed the character in Mark Waters' 2004 Mean Girls.
